Please note: If the credit card used for this authorization expires, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to provide an updated card and renew this authorization with the property.

The credit card provided will be charged only for the specific charge types selected within this authorization form. No additional charges will be processed unless a new authorization is submitted or the cardholder provides updated written approval.

By submitting this form, you authorize the property and its service provider to securely store your card information for the purpose of processing the selected charges. Your CVV will be used only for initial authorization and will not be stored.

Your card information will be encrypted during transmission and storage and will only be accessible to authorized personnel for approved transaction processing. Card information will be retained only for the duration of the authorization period selected above, or as required for dispute resolution.

You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting the property directly. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the card information provided and for reporting any unauthorized use to your card issuer immediately.

By submitting this form, you agree that the property may contact any individual identified within this authorization to verify or confirm the information provided.

Submitting your credit card information through this form does not create, modify, or guarantee a reservation at the selected hotel. You must still contact the property directly to make or adjust any reservation. Reservations may be arranged by phone, through the hotel’s website, or via your travel agent.
